Krystal Charlotte, Founder of Journey into Breath and Alistair Moes, Founder of Moose Anger Management will be leading a group of 8 men through two days of personal growth work. The weekend will include two days from 10am – 6pm, that will consist of somatic exercises, deep therapeutic practices that help uncover whatever is blocking you from being true to yourself. Many men have discovered that these sessions assist them to identify what is holding them back from success in life, and how to overcome those blocks. Krystal will lead the group through breathwork to integrate the inspiration and personal growth that occurs each day.
Many of us carry pain, fear, shame, and grief beneath the surface—hidden in the shadows of our past experiences. These emotions shape our reactions, impact our relationships, and often keep us stuck in cycles that no longer serve us. This two-day Shadow Work Weekend is an opportunity to break free.
We are intentionally limiting the group size to ensure that every man experiences meaningful work and personal breakthroughs. This is not just a workshop—it is an invitation to deeply reconnect with yourself, understand your emotions, and reclaim your power.
