A guided medicine journey into trust, safety, and the power of receptivity
June 20-21
“Allowing” is a state of being where you are no longer gripping, forcing, or trying to control outcomes, but instead learning how to soften, open, and stay present with what is actually here now and ready for you.
It’s the shift out of constant effort and into a more grounded, responsive way of living. Most people have been taught to create their life through pressure and doing. That way of moving eventually leads to exhaustion and disconnection.
We have all learned to make things happen.
This is where you learn how to let go and allow.
Allowing is what creates the internal safety for something different to happen. It’s the foundation for RECEIVING. Without that openness in the body and nervous system, nothing new can truly come in. When you begin to live from this place, life stops feeling like something you have to manage and becomes something you can be in relationship with, where support, clarity, and direction can actually meet you.
What this journey is:
Allow is an overnight medicine journey designed to support the shift from effort into trust.
This is a small, intimate container. We will gather as a group of 8.
Through intentional work with psilocybin, you will be guided into a space where your body, mind, and spirit can begin to soften out of control and into something softer and more receptive.
This is about:
learning how to let go
feeling what it’s like to soften and relax into, rather than directing
reconnecting to your own inner knowing
allowing truth to come forward, instead of forcing answers
beginning to trust life in a way that feels powerful and intentional
Let’s remember how to receive all that life wants to give us
When We Transition From Doing To Allowing:
Things Start To
Feel Lighter
You’re still living your life.
You still make decisions, take action, move things forward.
But it doesn’t feel like you’re carrying everything all the time.
There’s less:
internal pressure
mental spinning
constant effort behind every step
You’re not pushing every moment forward.
Some things begin to move on their own.
Clarity Becomes Simpler
When you stop forcing, you stop overcomplicating.
You notice:
what’s actually for you
what isn’t
what needs action
what doesn’t
Decisions become easier.
Clarity has space to come in.
You Feel More Supported
Life starts to feel like something you’re in relationship with, not something you’re constantly trying to control.
You begin to notice:
the right conversations happening
things lining up more easily
timing making more sense
less resistance to the flow of life
It doesn’t feel like you’re alone in making everything happen.
Life can come in and give you more than you could have created alone.

you’re tired of constantly pushing and holding everything together
you’ve done a lot of healing and feel ready for a new phase
you can feel there is another way to live, but don’t fully trust it yet
you want more ease, without losing depth or direction
you’re ready to move from effort into something more sustainable
This ceremony invites self-responsibility, presence, and care. Participants are asked to arrive willing to slow down, listen inwardly, and honour their own pacing and boundaries throughout the day.
You are welcome to engage deeply or gently, rest when needed, and choose how you move through the experience.
There is no expectation to share, perform, or process in any particular way. Your autonomy and consent are central to this container.
This ceremony is best suited for individuals who feel emotionally resourced enough to engage in inner exploration and who are willing to tend to their experience with care and responsibility.

You won’t be left alone in it. The space is held with care, and you’ll be supported in staying connected to yourself rather than overwhelmed by what’s arising.
The focus isn’t on pushing through, but on meeting what comes up at a pace your system can handle.
