Summer solstice Breathwork & Fire Ceremony

Summer Solstice is all about embodiment.

This year in particular, the energy feels very clarifying. What you’ve been tending since the start of the year is now visible and so we meet to breathe, release and expand into this ever growing energy.

Summer Solstice asks:

  • What is alive and thriving right now?

  • What wants to be celebrated?

  • What feels out of alignment now that it’s fully illuminated?

There’s often a sense of confidence and courage available at this time . It’s a moment to claim your energy, your growth, and your direction, while also releasing what no longer fits the life you’re actively living.

In the body, this can show up as:

  • More vitality and outward energy

  • A desire to express, move, and be seen

  • Emotional material rising to be acknowledged (because light reveals everything)

The Summer Solstice is a powerful ceremonial moment because it holds both celebration and discernment. It’s a place to honor how far you’ve come, and to consciously choose what continues with you into the second half of the year.

Energetically Equinox represents:

  • The turning of the true year — life beginning again after winter’s inward phase

  • Emergence — seeds that have been resting start to sprout

  • Renewal and regeneration

  • Clarity and direction — intentions formed earlier can now be acted on

  • Balance before expansion — a reminder to root before moving forward
