Krystal’s approach to this work is rooted in compassion, presence, and deep listening. She creates a safe and nurturing space for her clients to explore their inner landscapes, supporting them in processing emotions, repatterining the nervous system, and unlocking a profound sense of clarity and freedom. Her mission is to guide others toward a more embodied, authentic, and empowered life—one breath at a time.
““Breathwork is not just a practice—It’s a space. A space to land, to soften, to be seen. It is where breath becomes the bridge between your mind and body, between the mystical and the deeply human””
With over a decade of experience in wellness practices, Krystal has worked with a diverse range of clients, from individuals seeking stress relief and emotional clarity to those looking to heal from trauma. Her gentle, intuitive approach helps clients safely explore their inner landscapes and release what no longer serves them, creating space for new growth and transformation.
In addition to her work as a Breathwork facilitator, Krystal is a medicine guide and hopes to offer clients a safe space to explore and heal in alternative ways. Her commitment to nurturing a kind and caring space allows each person to feel supported as they explore their own healing journey.
““The start of my life had many trials and hardships. I didn’t know how to cope with the cards I was dealt which left me anxious, angry, sad, and untrusting …through a series of unfortunate events, I found myself alone, in a hotel room on a remote island in Thailand, quite certain I was about to die. I spent the majority of my adult life searching out every method of healing I could find, from an ashram in Cambodia to ayahuasca ceremonies in Costa Rica, traditional counseling, etc. At the end of the day, it was something so simple that brought me back to myself in the most profound way.””
