Krystal’s approach to this work is rooted in compassion, presence, and deep listening. She creates a safe and nurturing space for her clients to explore their inner landscapes, supporting them in processing emotions, repatterining the nervous system, and unlocking a profound sense of clarity and freedom. Her mission is to guide others toward a more embodied, authentic, and empowered life—one breath at a time.

With over a decade of experience in wellness practices, Krystal has worked with a diverse range of clients, from individuals seeking stress relief and emotional clarity to those looking to heal from trauma. Her gentle, intuitive approach helps clients safely explore their inner landscapes and release what no longer serves them, creating space for new growth and transformation.

In addition to her work as a Breathwork facilitator, Krystal is a medicine guide and hopes to offer clients a safe space to explore and heal in alternative ways. Her commitment to nurturing a kind and caring space allows each person to feel supported as they explore their own healing journey.

“The start of my life had many trials and hardships. I didn’t know how to cope with the cards I was dealt which left me anxious, angry, sad, and untrusting …through a series of unfortunate events, I found myself alone, in a hotel room on a remote island in Thailand, quite certain I was about to die. I spent the majority of my adult life searching out every method of healing I could find, from an ashram in Cambodia to ayahuasca ceremonies in Costa Rica, traditional counseling, etc. At the end of the day, it was something so simple that brought me back to myself in the most profound way.”

Breathwork found Erika at a time when she needed it most. After suffering two concussions and navigating the relentless pressures of a corporate career, she felt disconnected from her body, overwhelmed by stress, and uncertain about her path forward. She had explored plant medicine as a tool for healing, but it was through Breathwork that she experienced something even more profound—an ability to access deep healing, clarity, and resilience from within.

Now, Erika guides others in discovering the same power within themselves. Whether in personal healing journeys or corporate environments, she believes well-being isn’t something we compartmentalize—it should be woven into every part of our lives.

Breath is our most powerful, yet most underutilized, tool for transformation. It has the ability to release stored emotions, regulate our nervous system, and bring us back to the present moment. For me, it became more than just a practice—it became a lifeline, a way to reclaim my health, my energy, and my purpose.

Whether it’s a corporate retreat, wellness workshop, team-building session, or personal growth, her approach to facilitation is designed to bring clarity, connection, and renewal.

With a background in corporate sales and a deep passion for holistic well-being, Erika cares to bridge the gap between high-performance environments and inner balance. Her sessions are engaging, accessible, and tailored to meet the unique needs of each group or person—whether that means reducing stress, enhancing team dynamics, or guiding individuals through personal breakthroughs.

Through Breathwork, mindfulness practices, and interactive experiences, Erika creates a space where real change can happen.
