A powerful weekend designed for men ready to step out of old patterns and into grounded, embodied leadership.
The Integrated Man is a two-day immersion that moves beyond talking about your life and invites you to meet what’s actually living inside your body — the fear, the shame, the old narratives, the hidden grief, the unclaimed power.
Through somatic shadow-work, Gestalt dialogue, and breath-led integration, this weekend becomes a threshold: a place where men shed the weight they’ve been carrying and reconnect to clarity, heart, and inner strength.
Led by Alistair Moes (Founder, Moose Anger Management) and Krystal Charlotte (Founder, Journey into Breath), this intimate group of 8 men will move through deep therapeutic work, emotional release, and breathwork sessions that anchor every breakthrough into the nervous system.
This weekend is for you if:
You find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships or work
You feel stuck between who you were and who you want to become
You’ve done the therapy and now need to go deeper — into the body
You’re ready to face what has been holding you back
You want clarity, confidence, and emotional maturity rooted in truth
What to expect:
Gestalt-Based Shadow Work — meeting the parts of you still carrying old wounds
Somatic practices — releasing frozen tension and emotional imprints
Breathwork integration — rewiring your system for safety, strength, and presence
Group process — camaraderie, accountability, and transformative connection
Men who have walked this path leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more in command of their inner world — with tools, awareness, and grounded confidence that permeate every part of life.
